Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Chief HR Officer to join our team. This is a critical leadership role that will play a key part in shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the HR function, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the achievement of business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify and address HR-related issues, providing expert advice and guidance to inform business decisions.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve HR objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations, and best practices, providing expert consultation and guidance to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR systems, processes, and technologies, with experience in implementing and managing HRIS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Certification in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience in higher education or healthcare.
- Knowledge of grant and government contracts.
- Experience developing and implementing compensation programs.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with HRIS systems.
