Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Civil Professional Engineer with a specialization in Water Resources. This role involves working with a prominent architectural and engineering design firm, contributing to essential water management projects.

Compensation: $112,500.00

Key Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of water resources.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license or the capability to obtain one.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS.
  • A history of no more than 3 positions in the last decade.
Core Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing multiple projects related to water wells, storage solutions, booster pump stations, and transmission design.
  • Creating proposals, defining project scopes, and managing planning, modeling, regulatory compliance, and permitting processes.
Essential Requirements:
Applicants should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Solid project management skills, capable of planning and executing projects from inception to completion.

  • Excellent organizational skills to optimize productivity and maintain a balanced work-life dynamic.
  • Proficiency in risk management and goal setting aligned with long-term organizational needs.
  • Analytical skills to assess observations and design resilient systems.
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of engaging with non-engineering stakeholders effectively.
