In the role of **Talent Acquisition Specialist**, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional talent for our organization. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will gain insights into their recruitment needs, devise effective hiring strategies, and oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle. Your primary objective will be to facilitate a seamless and positive experience for candidates while fulfilling the staffing requirements of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Planning:

  • Partner with hiring managers to pinpoint staffing requirements and develop detailed job descriptions.
  • Craft and execute innovative sourcing strategies to draw in top-tier candidates.
  • Leverage diverse recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation:

  • Identify potential candidates through various online platforms.
  • Review resumes and applications to select qualified individuals.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Interview Management and Selection:

  • Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experiences, and alignment with company culture.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on interview outcomes.

Candidate Experience Oversight:

  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates regarding their application status.
  • Offer constructive feedback to candidates who are not selected.

Offer Management and Onboarding:

  • Extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
  • Facilitate the smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

Recruitment Metrics and Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, cost-per-hire).
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Present recruitment findings to management and provide data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong grasp of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software; experience with Greenhouse and Rippling is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
