Role Summary:

  • Acts as the main liaison for employee inquiries and requests regarding HR information, Workday navigation, and HR/Payroll policies.
  • Addresses employee questions or concerns by implementing standard administrative protocols and established practices.
  • Offers transactional assistance to update employee records, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of HR data.
  • Refers complex issues or specialized requests to the appropriate personnel, including Managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Manages multiple employee inquiries simultaneously, utilizing effective time and project management skills to provide timely solutions.
  • Encourages the utilization of the Employee Service Center throughout the organization, contributing to training development that clarifies its purpose and functionality.
  • Delivers exceptional customer service by assessing stakeholder needs and adapting strategies for effective issue resolution.
  • Keeps organized documentation of common employee solutions, sharing insights with colleagues to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensures a consistent experience for staff and managers by promptly addressing inquiries.
  • Responds to a wide range of questions related to benefits, onboarding, employment, compensation, training, and policies.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge in Human Resources practices.
  • Ensures that Workday information is accurate and relevant.
  • Supports technology requirements, ensuring data governance and consistency across systems.
  • Provides training to key stakeholders and managers as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, such as an Associate's degree and two years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources or a related business field.
