Job Summary:

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial planning and analysis functions, as well as its portfolio growth and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
  • Provide analytical support for due diligence, acquisition closing, and asset onboarding processes
  • Develop and maintain models used to determine target cash balance, liquidity, and capital sources
  • Compile information requests related to individual asset and portfolio financings
  • Report to senior management on current cash positions and anticipated changes to short-term cash flow
  • Derive, document, and implement analyses related to interest rate risk and liquidity stress testing
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, models, and dashboards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, corporate finance, or related field
  • Management experience
  • Undergraduate degree with concentration in finance, or an MBA, with a strong record of academic performance
  • Excellent quantitative skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing projects simultaneously and respond to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal stakeholders
