Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Supervisor to join our team at Canon U.S.A., Inc. As a key member of our administrative services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the office services team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain office equipment, supplies, and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in an administrative services setting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
