Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative and operational tasks of our office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and services
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Provide exceptional support to staff, including training and guidance on administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
