Overview
The Field Operations Supervisor oversees the daily functions of the office services team.

Ensures the delivery of office services such as document management, mail distribution, office equipment maintenance, procurement, and facility upkeep that align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Site Manager in overseeing activities at the designated location.
  • Manage specific tasks or projects at the site.
  • Address and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise among team members or between the client and staff (involving the Site Manager when necessary).
  • Provide training for new hires on their responsibilities and facilitate cross-training for existing staff.
  • Complete necessary logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on all completed work.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred in a reprographic or mail environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, along with a professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.

Physical Requirements
  • Physical activity is required, including bending, climbing stairs, reaching, lifting, and prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • Ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 40 lbs.
