Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Spa and Amenities Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Engagement: Warmly welcome and assist residents, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Service Coordination: Manage phone inquiries and schedule services for residents efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee spa supply inventory, organizing and reporting on stock levels.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of spa areas, including jacuzzi and massage rooms.
  • Improvements and Suggestions: Identify potential enhancements to spa facilities and communicate ideas to management.
  • Towel and Beverage Service: Prepare and maintain fresh towels and iced fruit water for residents.
  • Gym Organization: Keep gym areas tidy, ensuring equipment is properly stored and trash is disposed of.
  • Equipment Care: Regularly clean gym machines and assist with deep cleaning as required.
  • Damage Reporting: Promptly report any equipment issues to the appropriate service providers.
  • Event Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of special events and projects.
  • Pool Area Management: Set up and replenish towel and beverage displays during peak times.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure residents adhere to community rules and regulations.
  • Daily Inspections: Complete checklists for maintenance and cleanliness of common areas.
  • Collaboration: Assist other departments with various tasks as needed.
Work Environment

This position involves both indoor and outdoor work in a moderately noisy environment.

Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending. Candidates should be capable of handling items weighing up to 30 pounds and must possess good manual dexterity and communication skills.

Position Details

We have two part-time positions available. The work schedule will be determined by management based on business needs.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience in a luxury property, club, or hotel setting is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities are essential.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
