The Client Relations Coordinator will be integrated within the Operations Division, collaborating closely with the Supply Chain Manager and reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing and managing all incoming domestic orders and invoices while liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing support for Direct Import activities as required.
  • Overseeing pending orders, transfers, and returns.
  • Assisting in Inventory oversight and management.
  • Updating allocations in accordance with supervisory directives.
  • Evaluating sample orders and placements after compliance department review.
  • Coordinating and forecasting bailment purchases alongside the commercial team, including processing and invoicing.
  • Managing orders for Park Street, invoicing, and item management within the Park Street Navigator system.
  • Maintaining the special discount calendar (SPA) based on Sales Directors' guidance.
  • Handling the breakdown and coding of monthly warehouse charges.
  • Maintaining the Distributors system (e.g., eRNDC) for new items, vintages, and pricing updates as they become available.
  • Providing support to Operations and all departments, contributing to the collaborative culture at SMUSA.
  • Ordering necessary supplies as required.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience in Client Relations or Customer Service.
  • Capability to develop comprehensive product knowledge to assist both internal and external clients.
  • Organized, customer-focused, results-driven, and a team player.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite: including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP transitions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP is an advantage.
