Current Hiring Bonus Available
Key Responsibilities:
1. Warmly greet all Members and Guests.
2. Provide lockers, robes, and slippers as required.
3. Check in all individuals receiving treatments.
4. Offer tours and familiarize guests with the Locker Rooms, wet areas, and available amenities.
5. Inspect bathrooms hourly for cleanliness and adequate supplies.
6. Maintain the refreshment area with fruits, coffee, teas, and condiments, ensuring cleanliness and presentation.
7. Control T.V. volumes and spa music to maintain a tranquil atmosphere.
8. Ensure the Locker Room and wet areas are pleasantly scented.
9. Clean wash basins and surrounding areas hourly, restocking supplies as necessary.
10. Ensure hand towels are available for Members and Guests.
11. Manage laundry and linens according to service instructions.
12. Document all laundry pickups and drop-offs.
13. Conduct thorough inspections of Locker Rooms at the start and end of shifts, as well as at half-hour intervals, to ensure cleanliness and address Guest and Member needs.
14. Replace disposal containers as needed.
15. Set out small towels for ice trays two hours after opening and maintain throughout operational hours.
16. Ensure towels are neatly folded and readily accessible.
17. Keep Locker Room floors clean at all times.
18. Clean mirrors hourly.
19. Disinfect showers daily, clean after each use, and restock accessories.
20. Check and refill soap products for showers daily.
21. Inspect cleaning materials and paper products for weekly ordering.
22. Manage Locker Key assignments and billing.
23. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and enjoy engaging with people.
• Good judgment and hospitality skills for greeting and interacting with guests.
• Ability to promote and support events and activities.
• Positive attitude towards people, the role, colleagues, and the organization.
• Capability to maintain spa equipment levels as directed.
• Flexibility to work any day or shift, including weekends and holidays.
Education/Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License is necessary.
• Experience in a Spa Locker Room, Hotel, or Resort setting, along with CPR & AED certification.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and assist with weights.
• Capability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours or the duration of the shift.
• Ability to walk to various outlets.
Working Conditions:
• Tropical climate.
• Ability to implement emergency procedures, including CPR and emergency notifications.
