Vaco Boston is collaborating with a prominent manufacturing and supply organization in the Andover vicinity. The finance division is in search of a proficient Administrative Coordinator to support the tax division. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, advanced skills in Excel, and a strong emphasis on project management.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and is seeking to be filled in a timely manner. The recruitment team will be assessing applications as they come in.

  • Oversee calendars and document all submissions, ensuring a record of certified correspondences.
  • Facilitate the processing, submission, and payment of necessary documentation.
  • Prepare and submit Annual Reports, including keeping an updated roster of officers and directors.
  • Generate business licenses, dispatching originals to various locations and maintaining copies for corporate records.
  • Conduct data entry for purchases to ascertain tax applicability by jurisdiction using Excel.
  • Complete various projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Preferred experience in accounting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a sharp eye for detail
  • Capability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
