Our facility in Andover is currently in search of an Administrative Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting our operational functions. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and collaborative individual who can assist both the plant operations team and the executive leadership as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and ensure compliance with environmental health and safety protocols.
  • Oversee daily office functions including mail handling, visitor management, inventory of office supplies, and room bookings.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized open office environment.
  • Digitally archive and file operational documents as necessary.
  • Support the executive team and plant manager with arrangements for team meals and gatherings.
  • Assist in the procurement and organization of operational supplies.
  • Provide operational support in areas such as planning, procurement, and data entry.
  • Ensure batch tickets and warehouse documentation are processed, scanned, and filed on a daily basis.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of office and manufacturing supplies.
Qualifications
  • Exhibit professionalism, friendliness, and a willingness to assist others.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation with the capacity to work independently.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and reliability.
  • Have proficient office administration capabilities.
