About the Role:

As a key member of our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, you will provide essential, mobile support services to adults experiencing persistent mental health challenges. This program is tailored for individuals who have struggled in conventional outpatient environments and require personalized assistance in their journey towards meaningful employment.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will collaborate with clients to secure and sustain fulfilling job opportunities. Your direct support will encompass engagement, evaluation, job searching, development, and ongoing support.

Key duties include:

  • Performing evaluations to identify suitable job interests for clients and assessing the necessary skill levels.
  • Leveraging extensive networks to uncover potential job opportunities and engaging with employers regarding clients' capabilities and aspirations.
  • Delivering ongoing support through targeted interventions and coaching to ensure job retention.
  • Assisting clients with financial management and budgeting as needed.
Work Schedule:

Your typical work hours will follow a Monday to Friday routine, with occasional evening and weekend availability required. You will enjoy autonomy and flexibility in scheduling your appointments and completing tasks under the supervision of the program director.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in vocational or behavioral health.
  • A valid driver's license with three points or fewer and access to an insured vehicle.
