Position Overview

The Facilities Services Coordinator II plays a crucial role within the Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services (CREWS) team, enhancing the employee experience at Enterprise office locations, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region, through the effective delivery of workplace services. Responsibilities encompass mail handling, printing services, food and beverage management, meeting room support, and general office maintenance. This position requires strong customer service and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen and Cafe Management: Oversee inventory, order supplies, maintain cleanliness, and ensure all equipment is operational. Coordinate with vendors for service needs and verify fire safety equipment monthly.
  • Mail Room and Copy Area Oversight: Manage paper and toner supplies, maintain cleanliness, and ensure all equipment is functioning. Act as the point of contact for service vendors and address any issues promptly.
  • Conference Room Maintenance: Conduct daily checks of meeting spaces, ensuring they are stocked and tidy. Submit work orders for any required maintenance.
  • Invoice Processing: Review and verify invoices for accuracy, enter information into the system for payment, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
  • Mail Services Coordination: Maintain inventory of mail supplies, sort and distribute mail, and operate postage equipment while ensuring compliance with postal regulations.
  • Light Office Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong typing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
