**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for patients, greeting them with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage patient intake, screen for emergent conditions, and register patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Verify and explain patient responsibility for payment, ensuring accurate and transparent billing practices.
  • Coordinate patient flow through the medical practice or hospital department, ensuring seamless and efficient care.
  • Support organizational initiatives related to new technology, clinical programs, and improving the patient experience.

**Requirements:**

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in providing high-quality customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Working knowledge of IDX/GE Centricity business software.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR Certification.
