Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Information Technology Help Desk professional to provide exceptional support in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in technology and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess an associate degree in information technology or hold a Comp TIA A+ certification, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the IT sector or a related field.
  • Demonstrate advanced technical skills, particularly in troubleshooting PCs and networks within an enterprise setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have at least four years of experience in an IT support role, with a preference for those familiar with desktop environments and ITIL principles.
  • Possess certifications such as Help Desk Institute Service Center Analyst (HDI-SCA), Google Developers, or Google IT Professionals, showcasing technical proficiency and strong communication skills.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office 365, along with troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Have experience with remote network access technologies, including VPN or VDI management secured by RSA security products.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting mobile devices and wireless connectivity.
  • Possess additional knowledge in network, telecom, and communication platforms, as well as familiarity with data center applications, job scheduling, and monitoring tools.

This role is essential in ensuring that our IT infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently, providing support to our team and enhancing overall productivity.
