A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

As a Healthcare Customer Support Specialist, you are the cornerstone of our organization and the first point of contact for our patients. This is why **we provide our Customer Support Specialists with comprehensive training** to assist patients through the billing process and resolve their outstanding balances. Through phone interactions, you will actively listen to patients and help them settle their medical debts by negotiating and processing payments.

Your empathetic nature and ability to swiftly resolve issues while maintaining a positive demeanor are essential to your success. Even in challenging situations, you continue to deliver exceptional customer service while addressing their billing inquiries. QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Experience in healthcare billing and finance
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to quickly learn new software

WORK SCHEDULE

Our Healthcare Customer Support Specialists enjoy flexibility with three schedule options: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. The position is currently remote.
