We are an innovative, data-inspired US and European-based startup focused on creating and bringing to the market cutting-edge AI software products to revolutionize interventional cardiac electrophysiology.

Our data collection and enrichment ecosystem for curated EP lab data is fed into a physician-validated, machine learning methodology to support complex AF solutions. Our newest technology, Volta AF-Xplorer, is a data-driven AI decision support system that easily integrates into the standard physician workflow, providing a patient-tailored approach to complex AF and AT procedures.

We're seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team in $120k - $150k salary range, responsible for driving new adopters of Volta products and services and creating a strategic growth pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the company's strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals and key business metrics in the assigned geography.
  • Develop and implement the regional business plan, in line with company objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage new feature launches, communicate pricing aligned with company policies, create budgetary proposals, and manage new and existing contracts and agreements.
  • Provide product, technical, and clinical support as needed during EP procedures in which Volta's products are used.
  • Manage the deployment and installation of Volta's technology in hospitals and medical centers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of science/engineering (biomedical preferred) or related field or equivalent experience in cardiac electrophysiology.
  • Cardiac electrophysiology certification from a credentialed program is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant EP experience.
  • Cardiac electrophysiology mapping experience is preferred.
  • Previous medical device sales experience is a plus.
