Business Development Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at Tradesmen International, a leading provider of skilled workforce solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to develop your skills and expertise in business development, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and field employees. You will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, generating new business leads and maintaining existing client relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Field Employee Management: Build effective relationships with field employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with clients and field employees.
- Self-Motivation and Goal-Oriented: Drive results-oriented sales performance and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Computer Literacy: Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM software.
This is a salaried position offering a competitive annual salary of $$50,000, plus uncapped commission potential and a comprehensive benefits package including:
