The Role:
This role requires a unique blend of recruitment prowess and sales strategy to ensure we attract top talent while also meeting our sales targets. As a Staffing & Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective staffing strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and driving sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Drive sales initiatives by developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record in managing recruitment processes and achieving sales targets. You should have a strong understanding of sales strategies and recruitment best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental benefits, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
