Job OverviewBringardner Injury Law Firm, a leading personal injury law firm in Charleston, South Carolina, is seeking a highly skilled Director of Marketing and Business Development to join our team.
This contract position offers the potential for a full-time opportunity, depending on the candidate's experience and the needs of the firm. We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our marketing strategy, drive business growth, and establish the firm as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the firm's goals, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, public relations, and advertising.
- Enhance the firm's brand presence and reputation through consistent messaging, creative campaigns, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize the firm's online presence, including website, social media, and SEO efforts. Analyze and report on digital marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversight of high-quality content creation for various platforms, including blogs, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience.
- Strategies to generate and nurture leads, working closely with the legal team to convert leads into clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, media outlets, and community partners to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation in Charleston and surrounding areas.
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing. Legal industry experience is preferred, personal injury law experience is a plus.
- Highly organized and results-oriented.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate the firm's value proposition.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
