Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our enterprise sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to win high-revenue prospects and drive enterprise sales growth.
  • Negotiate with C-Level executives at Fortune 500 companies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with key targets and top accounts across diverse personas, influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Manage pipeline management, pricing negotiations, and contract governance through our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with category experts to add value and expertise to our sales efforts.
  • Work with the Revenue Management Team and Sales Engineer to make discretionary pricing decisions based on competitor spend, account servicing needs, and future spend commitments.
  • Exhibit high-level business acumen and strategic selling methodologies to create value-based deals that align with our customers' vision and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to view rejection as a learning opportunity and double down on next best actions.
  • Experience and proven track record of managing programs or business development.
  • Ability to interface at prospect's most senior levels.
  • Strong ability to develop and deliver presentations virtually and face-to-face.
  • Consultative selling, solutions selling, insight selling, negotiation, and advanced client management skills.
  • Ability to set targets, design customer growth plans, and work with product category sales team members.
  • Strong business, financial, operations, and technology acumen.
  • Ability to analyze business and industry trends to create tailored solutions for prospects based on our value proposition.
