Position type: Permanent
Duration: Full-Time employee with Innova Solutions.
Location: Austin, Texas
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with support, engineering, and implementation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project milestones and provide comprehensive updates on progress, challenges, and modifications.
- Manage project resources effectively, balancing priorities across various programs.
- Assist in defining, designing, and delivering essential applications and platform-specific frameworks, guidelines, procedures, and policies.
- Identify key priorities and oversee multiple work streams, coordinating activities across departments to ensure timely deliverables.
- Develop innovative and timely solutions to significant program challenges while inspiring project teams to complete critical tasks.
- Proactively identify business-critical issues, gather relevant information, and provide sound recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in business or computer science.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working within agile and/or scrum operational frameworks.
- Proficiency in various programming languages.
- Expertise in Business Process Analysis tasks.
Pay Range: $139,000 - $163,500 per year.
*Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including education, experience, job location, specific duties, and certifications.
