- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related discipline. An MBA or pertinent certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
- 3-5 years of experience in business consulting or a similar domain.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities; adeptness in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
