Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Waste Industries. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial waste management sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service.
- Utilize sales analytics and market research to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the waste management or related industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
