Sales Development Representative

MyCareer+ is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business through a combination of in-person cold calls and direct outreach to small businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face cold calls to brokers, insurance agents, and accountants to introduce our PEO services.
- Visit small businesses to present tailored solutions and identify their HR needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential referral partners within the professional community.
- Make proactive phone calls to brokers, insurance agents, and small business owners to generate leads and secure referrals.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with industry professionals and small business owners to ensure a steady pipeline of leads and referrals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a sales role, preferably within the PEO, insurance, or accounting industries.
- Solid understanding of the PEO industry and ability to clearly communicate the benefits of HR, payroll, and compliance services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet sales goals.
