At TEKsystems, we're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Call Center, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer an average of 80-100 calls per day, addressing member inquiries, solving problems, and providing new product information.
- Document all customer inquiries and comments thoroughly and quickly.
- Maintain good business relations with members, courteously and promptly resolving member problems or questions.
- Determine members' financial service needs and recommend services and products that address these needs.
- Collect member loan payments and handle various accounting transactions.
Requirements:
- Outgoing, personable candidates with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous retail/customer service experience, with a strong background in call center operations.
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to type, search, and perform transactions quickly.
- Education: High school diploma/GED, with an Associate's degree in business or a related field a plus.
