About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Associate to join our team at Atlassian. As an Account Associate, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer success for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Value: Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and retention, ensuring that our clients achieve maximum value from our products and services.
  • Manage Enterprise Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and priorities, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Partner with Sales Teams: Collaborate with our sales teams to drive total book of business growth, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to expand our clients' existing footprint.
  • Optimize Customer Experience: Work closely with our customer success team to understand customer goals and motivations, and develop targeted solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, including identifying new opportunities, developing pricing and licensing discussions, and negotiating contracts.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience: In account management, customer success, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer success.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Experience in developing and executing consultative sales strategies, with a focus on discovery and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Enterprise Software Experience: Familiarity with enterprise software solutions, including Atlassian products, and experience in managing complex customer relationships.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product teams.
