Upfluence is a leading provider of influencer marketing solutions, helping brands and agencies to collaborate with social media creators and execute comprehensive campaigns.

As a rapidly growing global company, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our Customer Success department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of customer accounts to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing consistent, high-quality service and strategic advice.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities for upsells and cross-sells by understanding customer needs and aligning them with our product offerings.
  • Retention Strategies: Implement retention strategies to maintain and grow the customer base, addressing and resolving any issues that may lead to customer churn.
  • Customer Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, gathering feedback and collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report account performance, including growth metrics and customer satisfaction scores, using data to inform and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Customer-centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to place the customer at the center of decision-making and strategy.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, solutions, and value propositions to a variety of audiences.
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales role is a plus, as is a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Customer Success Experience: Previous experience in an account manager or customer success role, with a strong understanding of customer success principles and practices.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • CRM and Data Analysis: Comfort with CRM software and data analysis tools, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments to achieve common goals.
