The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with prospective enterprise customers through a variety of prospecting activities.

  • Develop and manage accurate weekly sales forecasts to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Cultivate new sales opportunities by leveraging industry connections, networking, and lead generation strategies.
  • Build strong internal relationships to support new account pursuit and strengthen client sales deployment strategies.
  • Negotiate and close new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Provide input to sales management on customer organization trends and changes to inform business development strategies.
  • Conduct external talent recruitment and collaborate with other leaders to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain strategic partner relationships to position customer solutions and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct a significant portion of sales activities outside of the office to engage with customers and prospects.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5-7+ years' experience in solution-based sales methodology for enterprise technology services.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products to manage sales data and reports.
  • Experience in hunting, prospecting, and new account development to drive sales growth.
  • Experience with industry-specific sales tools and technologies preferred.

The starting salary for this role varies based on the employee's primary work location. Compensation depends on individual qualifications and experience.
