Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for recommending loan solutions to clients, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Solutions - Recommend loan solutions to clients in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, seeking prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
  • Loan Origination - Develop and prepare loan solutions, referring products and services, and reviewing documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Collaboration - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
  • Financial Analysis - Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
Requirements
  • Customer Focus - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Risk Management - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

  • Client Prospecting - Ability to prospect for new clients.
  • Customer Needs - Understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Customer Relationships - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Customer Solutions - Ability to provide customized customer solutions.
  • Documentations - Knowledge of documentation requirements.
  • Innovation - Ability to think innovatively and develop new solutions.
  • Lending - Knowledge of lending guidelines and regulations.
  • Mortgages - Knowledge of mortgage products and services.
  • Sales - Ability to sell and promote products and services.
Education and Experience
  • University/College Degree - A university/college degree is required.
  • Professional Experience - Roles at this level typically require less than 1 year of professional experience.
