Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function at Evergreen Home Loans. This role will involve financial forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and annual budgeting. The successful candidate will use business information and financial analysis to provide valuable insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models, including forecasting and budgeting tools.
- Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to stakeholders and management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with business partners to provide financial analysis and insights to inform strategic business decisions.
- Monitor financial performance and perform in-depth analysis, including variance analysis.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and data analysis.
- 2-4 years of experience in a financial analysis role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Independent mortgage banking experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Physical Requirements:
- Requires all forms of dexterity and mobility throughout the shift, which may include extended periods of sitting and/or standing.

- Must be able to speak and hear, lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds (25 lbs.) or occasionally more.
