Position Overview
As a Residential Sales Coordinator at Taylor Morrison, you will play a vital role in our innovative sales environment, welcoming and registering prospective homeowners, managing communications, and facilitating the journey toward homeownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and uphold the presentation of your sales model and community, treating it as your own retail establishment.
  • Ensure the model opens promptly, executing a thorough opening checklist including lighting, maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular customer care communications and team meetings to assess community progress, address concerns, and manage maintenance tasks.
  • Keep an organized inventory of all sales materials and promotional content.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appeal of both the interior and exterior of the models, ensuring they are always in pristine condition.
  • Guide each customer through the purchasing process until they are ready to proceed.
  • Secure commitments from prospects through contracts, reservations, or scheduled appointments.
  • Collaborate effectively with your sales team, construction staff, design coordinators, and mortgage representatives.
  • Follow up with internal customers and prospects, documenting all interactions thoroughly.
  • Initiate weekly follow-up calls to keep buyers informed about their home status.
  • Process all necessary paperwork accurately and submit documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Stay informed about buyers' mortgage processes and maintain open lines of communication with all parties involved.
  • Attend pre-construction meetings and ensure they do not conflict with scheduled team meetings.
  • Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures.
  • Establish high standards for business practices.
  • Develop and execute a proactive lead generation strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Understand community offerings and maintain an updated inventory list.
  • Be knowledgeable about community regulations and ensure compliance during the sales process.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, integrity, and readiness to assist.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and propose effective solutions.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and ensure your vehicle is presentable.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of customer homes.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales and closing objectives.
  • Document all prospects in the CRM system immediately.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and utilize market analysis tools.
  • Participate in all scheduled sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Be open to performing additional duties as required.
