Overview of the Financial Analyst Role:

The Financial Analyst is integral to our financial strategy and analysis efforts, responsible for developing financial models, interpreting data, and aiding in the budgeting process. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Construct financial models for forecasting and budget management.

  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses as required.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Expertise in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and Macros.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, with a track record of increasing responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in Mortgage Banking in a finance or accounting role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • Experience in Mortgage Banking roles such as Sales or Operations is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

  • Ability to demonstrate mobility and dexterity throughout the workday.
  • Must possess good vision capabilities and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Capacity to lift and carry items, as well as work in diverse environments.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and auto insurance for business purposes.
