The Front Desk Associate plays a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. This position encompasses responsibilities such as managing check-ins and check-outs, overseeing kiosk operations, and facilitating all guest transactions. Our associates are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of service and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our establishment.

Work Schedule: We are looking for individuals who can commit to both full-time and part-time schedules, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome every guest upon arrival.
  • Handle guest registrations and bookings, confirming reservations and payment details.
  • Assist with kiosk operations as needed.
  • Respond to all incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities and the surrounding area.
  • Process payments during registration and check-out.
  • Maintain a house bank and provide accurate daily financial reports.
  • Manage retail transactions and ensure the cleanliness of retail areas.
  • Issue luggage claims and assist with guest luggage as requested.
  • Ensure the hotel maintains a pristine appearance at all times.
  • Address guest complaints with respect and professionalism.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or high-end retail.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience with Hilton/OnQ systems is highly desirable.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation.
  • A strong alignment with the mission and values of Sherman Associates.
  • Availability may vary based on hotel needs.
