Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our department leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and computer skills, with the ability to execute tasks autonomously and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars and phones for department leadership
• Organize meetings, maintain records, and track correspondence
• Perform general administrative tasks, including ordering and tracking supplies, filing, and organizing
• Schedule rooms for meetings, events, and appointments
• Create presentations, spreadsheets, and reports as requested
• Provide support to the Total Rewards/HR team

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Prior administrative experience
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred

Work Schedule:
8AM - 4PM
