We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our department leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and computer skills, with the ability to execute tasks autonomously and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Support department leadership by managing calendars, phones, and organizing meetings
- Maintain records, order and track supplies, and perform general administrative tasks
- Schedule rooms for meetings, events, and appointments, and track correspondence
- Prepare and distribute materials, create presentations and reports, and assist the Total Rewards/HR team
- Work effectively with team members to assist as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Prior administrative experience
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM.
