Position Summary: As a Junior Sales Coordinator at Fresh Form Draft, you will play a vital role in our sales department, assisting with various sales initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our projects. Core Responsibilities

Key Duties:
  • Support the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle customer inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records.
  • Help coordinate sales events, meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Follow up with clients and prospects to collect feedback and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales objectives and targets.
Qualifications and Skills

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive mindset and a willingness to learn and develop within the organization.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, but not mandatory.
