Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the business development and sales activities within assigned territories to drive revenue growth and expand Ormco's presence in the orthodontic market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with orthodontists and their professional and clinical teams
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to influence customer purchasing decisions and increase utilization of Ormco's digital product portfolio
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to management
  • Meet with assigned group of orthodontists and orthodontic staff on a consistent basis to promote products and services, relate new product information, and receive feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • ~5+ years of related industry experience, including a successful track record in customer relationship and account management
  • Proven selling and customer relationship and territory management skills
  • Ability to travel with 30% overnight
