Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed profitability goals
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
- 3+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Advanced knowledge of the HVAC industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
