Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage a defined sales territory, driving overall sales and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed profitability goals, aligned with our strategic plan and annual sales budget.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing outstanding levels of service and support.
  • Apply your knowledge of HVAC concepts to assist customers with product needs and problems.
  • Stay up-to-date with pricing information and communicate it to customers.
  • Design and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to expand sales.
  • Manage customer contact and promotional activity files, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness.
  • Monitor competition in your territory, identifying potential and lost business opportunities.
  • Travel to customer locations to sell products and services, establish relationships, and resolve issues.
  • Apply a consultative sales process to achieve successful outcomes, focusing on relationship-building and problem-solving.
  • Participate in training, sales meetings, and events, representing the company professionally.
  • Conduct data analysis to measure key account and prospect performance against goals.
  • Support corporate efforts in safety, government compliance, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of industry sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of profitable sales.
  • Advanced knowledge of the HVAC industry, with technical, managerial experience a plus.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Entrepreneurial, goal-driven, action-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
  • Ability to handle a variety of people and situations in a positive and open-minded manner.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Related degree is a plus.
