Job Overview

The Client Relationship Manager will enhance an existing portfolio, particularly within the Technology and Telecommunications sectors.

They will engage with clients to identify needs, influence decisions, present solutions, and close agreements while consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets by leveraging Epsilon's diverse capabilities, primarily focusing on Data, while also exploring opportunities in Technology and Digital.

Key Responsibilities


Act as a strategic partner for clients, emphasizing the creation of mutually beneficial outcomes to drive revenue growth for Data within the Technology and Telecommunications sectors.


Employ deep Data industry knowledge to uncover client needs and propose tailored Data solutions, which include the activation of Epsilon Data for Direct Mail, Programmatic Display, Video, OTT/CTV, Advanced TV, and Streaming Audio solutions to support clients in reaching their business objectives.


Data sales will also encompass licenses for installations and house file appends for marketing purposes, along with analytics, insights, and enhancing the use of our data within technology platforms.

Responsible for client reporting, analysis, and insights, extracting valuable information from available reports and providing actionable recommendations based on those insights.


Collaborate with the Account Management team to guide internal resources in preparing and delivering objective-based solutions for Technology and Telecommunications clients.

Utilize a consultative approach and creativity to design and present customized sales solutions that address the client's significant marketing challenges.


Daily Management


Oversee the daily management of accounts internally within Digital Media Solutions in the Technology and Telecommunications sectors.


Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including Digital Media and Technology account management, Media, analytics, legal, compliance, and essential decision-makers and influencers at the client and/or agency.

Develop a long-term roadmap for success that fosters client satisfaction, growth, and trust, ultimately positioning yourself as the Client's trusted advisor.


Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience, particularly in the Digital Media and Programmatic Advertising Technology sectors.

Experience in client management or sales (or sales support) roles, encompassing client-side, advertising solutions, digital marketing, direct marketing, or agency experience.


Experience in campaign reporting and business reviews – analyzing performance reports, deriving insights, and developing and delivering performance reports, insights, and recommendations.

Familiarity with key marketing components, including strategy, analytics, programmatic display, video, OTT/CTV, and/or streaming media performance, as well as AdTech.

Strong quantitative skills with a solid understanding of analytical tools and techniques.

Comprehension of marketing program strategy, design, execution, and measurement/attribution.

Exceptional negotiation and sales abilities.

Effective communication and collaboration skills across various organizational levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sales Management software.

A BA/BS degree with a strong academic record is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
