Senior Client Relationship Manager


Aon Corporation is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the daily management of client accounts, serving as the primary liaison for our valued clients.

Your role will involve guiding client service teams to recognize and fulfill client requirements, thereby enhancing and expanding a profitable portfolio of business.

Through strategic service, pricing, consultation, and reporting, you will illustrate the value Aon brings to its clients.

Key Responsibilities:


- Cultivate and expand Aon's business by building relationships with top-level client decision-makers as well as daily client contacts.

- Spearhead the renewal process by assembling the right team to create and execute tailored renewal strategies.

- Collaborate with Brokers to develop and deliver effective renewal strategies.

- Foster essential relationships among clients, Aon, and insurers.

- Ensure the client service team comprehends client needs, service delivery methods, and the economic framework pertinent to the services provided.

- Lead the planning and execution of stewardship initiatives.


- Maintain overall account profitability through a value-oriented approach concerning the scope of services and costs associated with the Client Promise Plan.

- Coordinate Aon compensation for services, whether fee or commission-based, accordingly.

- Educate clients on risk management, risk transfer, market dynamics, and relevant trends, including appropriate benchmarking and GRIP data.

- Mobilize necessary Aon resources to assist clients in exceptional situations such as significant claims, etc.


- Engage with various teams across geographic, functional, and business unit boundaries to identify collaborative opportunities for business growth.

- Oversee input and follow-up on invoicing and receivables for assigned clients, ensuring timely collections.

Qualifications:


- A minimum of 10 years of relevant risk insurance experience combined with project and account management expertise on mid to large accounts.

- Strong sales acumen

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- An active Property & Casualty license is required.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent years of industry experience.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $225,000 – $290,000 annually.

This range is an estimate, and actual salaries will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.

This salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible for participation in one of Aon's annual incentive plans, with amounts varying based on the terms and conditions of the applicable plan.

Aon provides a comprehensive benefits package for full-time and regular part-time employees, including but not limited to: a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions; an employee stock purchase plan; consideration for long-term incentive awards at Aon's discretion; medical, dental, and vision insurance.

This role does not accrue vacation.

Instead, it is eligible for paid time off at the discretion of the employee and management, in accordance with company policies and practices.
