Job Overview:

The Client Relationship Specialist plays a pivotal role in understanding and aligning with the client's business objectives and competitive positioning. This position is essential for establishing trust and rapport with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients through consistent and meaningful communication.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, advocating for their interests within the organization.
  • Enhance client relationships by providing value-added insights and support.
  • Assist in the financial management of client accounts, including:
    • Forecasting and monitoring revenue streams.
    • Managing revenue recognition and reporting processes.
    • Supporting invoicing and billing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess staffing needs and scope for new business opportunities.
  • Gather and validate project scope and service details to create accurate work and pricing estimates.
  • Facilitate the development of Statements of Work (SOW) and Change Orders, ensuring compliance with legal and financial protocols.
  • Engage with internal legal and pricing teams to assist with contracting processes.
  • Utilize knowledge of Epsilon's products and services to offer tailored recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all contracted work.
  • Coordinate with various Epsilon business functions to streamline processes.
  • Track necessary activities to secure approvals and keep relevant team members informed.
  • Prepare clear and organized communications for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Notify Account Leadership of significant client changes or challenges affecting budgets and timelines.
  • Support the management of client compliance requirements.

  • Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience:
0-18 months of relevant experience is preferred, with a background in an office environment and teamwork being advantageous.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree or higher is required. Coursework in business management, marketing, or accounting/finance is a plus.
