About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with senior-most client decision-makers and day-to-day client contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retain and grow Aon's business by cultivating strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies, working closely with brokers and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate critical relationships between clients, Aon, and insurers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure client service teams understand client needs, service delivery methods, and economic frameworks relevant to services delivered.
  • Lead stewardship planning and delivery, ensuring overall account profitability.
  • Arrange Aon compensation for services, whether fee or commission-based, accordingly.
  • Educate clients on risk management, risk transfer, market issues, and relevant trends, including benchmarking and GRIP data.
  • Marshal Aon resources to support clients in unusual circumstances, such as large claims.
  • Involves others across geographic, functional, and business unit boundaries to define interdependent responses to opportunities to grow the business.
  • Manage input to and follow-up on invoicing and receivables process for assigned clients, ensuring timely collections.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of risk insurance experience, coupled with project and account management experience on mid to large accounts.
  • Strong sales skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Active Property & Casualty license.
