Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct market research and effectively present our services to both new and existing clients.

· Develop new business through in-person meetings and presentations with key client hiring managers and senior executives.

· Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, attending industry conferences, and leveraging referrals.

· Successfully expand and maintain a diverse client base.

· Maintain a consistent pipeline of existing and prospective business, conducting 10-15 client meetings, including virtual presentations, weekly.

· Secure qualified job opportunities from both existing and new clients.

Minimum Qualifications:


• 2-3+ years of experience in business development or recruitment with a proven track record of success.


• Key attributes: Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, commission-driven, and a strong desire to succeed.


• Experience in developing local mid-market and/or national accounts.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
