Your Role:
As a Medication Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Administering medications and assisting residents with their daily medication routines.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting any changes in resident health status.
  • Coordinating with pharmacies for medication orders and deliveries.
  • Ensuring that medical records are kept up to date.
  • Offering support with daily living activities and fostering emotional well-being through companionship.
  • Encouraging participation in community activities and promoting independence.
  • Facilitating open communication among healthcare professionals, families, and residents.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A positive attitude and a passion for working with seniors.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A minimum of one year of caregiving experience is preferred.
  • Current caregiver certification or the willingness to obtain one.
  • A valid HCA or CNA license, or the ability to secure one.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification or the ability to obtain it.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
