Your Responsibilities as a Care Partner:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Foster independence and provide emotional support through compassionate care and companionship.
- Encourage participation in life enrichment activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Facilitate open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
Qualifications We Value:
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with people.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Current HCA or CNA certification in Washington, or a willingness to obtain it within 200 days of employment.
- Preferred experience of six months to one year in direct care services with older adults, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living is advantageous.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
