Your Responsibilities as a Care Partner:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Foster independence and provide emotional support through compassionate care and companionship.
  • Encourage participation in life enrichment activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Facilitate open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.

Qualifications We Value:

  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with people.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current HCA or CNA certification in Washington, or a willingness to obtain it within 200 days of employment.
  • Preferred experience of six months to one year in direct care services with older adults, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living is advantageous.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
