Role Overview: Our Senior Care Team Leaders are experienced HCAs/CNAs responsible for managing essential shifts, including client assignments and training sessions for new caregivers. In addition to these responsibilities, Senior Care Team Leaders will also perform standard caregiver duties as outlined below. Candidates must possess flexible availability, committing to 40-50 hours per week, and be prepared to assist clients across various service areas.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. A valid driving license is required, as transportation for clients is part of the role. Assignments will span multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Our caregivers support clients with daily living activities, which may include:

  • Engaging clients in daily activities and hobbies
  • Transporting clients to appointments or errands
  • Monitoring and reporting on client well-being

Additional Information:
